What is your favorite holiday? Why is it your favorite?

Christmas is my favorite holiday because my mother made it so special from as early as I can remember as a child up until the last Christmas we shared before she passed away. The tree didn’t go up until my brother and I were fast asleep on Christmas Eve. It was the first thing we saw on Christmas Morning which we believed was magical how Santa could do it all in one night and have time to wrap presents and put toys together under the tree. I continued the tradition with my children and wouldn’t trade the look in their eyes as they came down the stairs on Christmas Morning for any amount of money.
